How FPL price changes work

A player's price moves when enough of the FPL transfer market has moved with (or against) them since their last change, not on a fixed schedule. Prices usually update overnight, once the day's transfer activity has settled.

What "net transfers" means here

Each player's progress bar tracks net transfers in or out since their last price change, relative to the threshold FPL typically uses for that player's ownership level. The closer the bar is to full, the more likely a change is tonight.
